BOUNZ Turns 5 – Choithrams Leaderboard Campaign

Terms & Conditions

Campaign period: 9 October 2026 to 22 November 2026, inclusive.

Participation in the BOUNZ Turns 5 Choithrams Leaderboard Campaign is subject to these Terms & Conditions and the standard BOUNZ programme Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

The campaign is open to BOUNZ members participating during the campaign period.

Members must identify themselves as a BOUNZ member using their registered mobile number at Choithrams for the qualifying transaction to be recorded.

Employees of BOUNZ, Choithrams, Sharaf Travel Services LLC and parties directly involved in administering the campaign should be excluded from winning campaign prizes, subject to the final approved promotional permit terms.

2. How to earn leaderboard points

Members can earn campaign points in three ways:

1. Spin the Wheel
Members receive 1 campaign point each time they complete an eligible Spin the Wheel in the BOUNZ app. Members may spin the wheel once per calendar day during the campaign period.

2. Shop at Choithrams
Members receive 1 campaign point for every AED 50 spent in a single qualifying transaction at Choithrams.

For example:

AED 50–99.99 = 1 point

AED 100–149.99 = 2 points

AED 150–199.99 = 3 points

Spend below AED 50 in an individual transaction does not earn a campaign point and cannot be combined with spend from another transaction.

3. Redeem BOUNZ at Choithrams
Members receive 1 campaign point for every 1,000 BOUNZ redeemed at Choithrams during the campaign period. Redemptions need to be made through the BOUNZ app.

For example:

1,000 BOUNZ redeemed = 1 point

2,000 BOUNZ redeemed = 2 points

3,000 BOUNZ redeemed = 3 points

Campaign points are used solely for determining leaderboard rankings and have no monetary or redemption value.

3. Live leaderboard

A campaign leaderboard will display participating members' rankings based on the number of campaign points earned. The leaderboard will be updated once daily at approximately 12:00 PM UAE time to reflect eligible transactions, redemptions and Spin the Wheel activity processed up to the applicable reporting cut-off.

There may therefore be a delay between completing an eligible activity and seeing the corresponding points reflected on the leaderboard. Members will be displayed using an anonymised member identifier. Personal information such as full names, mobile numbers or email addresses will not be displayed publicly.

The leaderboard displayed before the end of the campaign is provisional. Final rankings will only be confirmed after BOUNZ has validated all qualifying transactions, redemptions and Spin the Wheel activity. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions may be removed from a member's campaign points total.

4. Leaderboard prizes

There will be 7 travel prize winners based on the final verified leaderboard standings.

1st place – Grand Prize
The member with the highest verified campaign points total will receive:

A trip to Sri Lanka for 2 people, sponsored by Sharaf Travel Services LLC.

The Sri Lanka package is subject to the separate Sharaf Travel terms set out below.

2nd–7th place
The next six highest-ranked members will each receive:

1 × AED 1,000 Sharaf Travel voucher.

The six AED 1,000 Sharaf Travel vouchers are sponsored by BOUNZ and are subject to any applicable Sharaf Travel redemption conditions communicated to the winners.

5. 100,000 BOUNZ Spin the Wheel prizes

As part of the BOUNZ 5th birthday celebrations, 5 prizes of 100,000 BOUNZ each will also be available through Spin the Wheel during the campaign. These prizes are separate from the leaderboard competition and do not affect the Top 7 travel prize rankings.

Winning 100,000 BOUNZ through Spin the Wheel does not provide additional leaderboard points other than the standard 1 leaderboard point awarded for completing that day's eligible spin. A member may spin a maximum of once per calendar day.

6. Ranking and ties

The members with the highest verified campaign point totals at the end of the campaign will occupy the winning leaderboard positions. If two or more members finish with the same number of campaign points, the higher position will be awarded to the member who reached that final points total first, based on BOUNZ's recorded transaction and activity timestamps.

7. Prize verification and notification

All winning positions are subject to validation by BOUNZ. Potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably required to confirm their identity, BOUNZ membership and eligibility. BOUNZ will contact confirmed winners using the contact details registered to their BOUNZ account. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 working days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to provide requested verification information, BOUNZ reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible member in the leaderboard rankings, subject to applicable promotional regulations.
